How do I order wine from you?

Find a wine you want to drink by using the filter tool. Click ADD TO CART. Whichever wines you choose, you get a whole dozen of them!
Then head through the checkout process and wait for your wine to arrive.

Are there restrictions on how much I can buy?

There really is no maximum amount of wine that you can purchase, unless indicated in a particular special offer. Orders must be a minimum of 12 bottles. Why? We heavily subsidise the freight cost and as such we will need to charge you a $10 surcharge on non dozen lots. Our carriers charge us the same amount regardless of whether there is 4 bottles or 12 bottles. So we need you to buy a dozen so we can continue to subsidise the delivery process. Also, there are added costs in repacking any order less than a dozen to ensure there are no breakages. And we are still required to insure the wine carton as if there were a full dozen.

How long will my wine take to get to me?

For orders placed by 2pm Monday to Friday, your products will be despatched within 1 working day of the order being accepted, subject to the products being in stock. Delivery times to the following regions are Australian Post guidelines only and are based on the number of working days following product despatch. However, if we can get your order there quicker, we will. Whilst we will try our hardest, sometimes Australia Post has problems beyond our control i.e. high seasonal demand, sub contractor issues, logistical errors. We will always use Australia Post because they have the largest ‘hub and spoke’ distribution network, but problems do occur – yes, very annoying but that’s life! How much will shipping cost me?

At DeVine Wine Online, we offer heavily subsidised freight charges but no free shipping. We use Australia Post to deliver our wine to you, as they have the largest and most professional service network. Upon checkout you will be asked to provide your State and Postcode. Our freight calculator will then determine your freight charges.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email advising your tracking number for your parcel. To locate the proximity of your order enter the tracking number into the requested field on Australia Post website.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

As a general rule, Australia Post will deliver to a PO Box. Some AP outlets may restrict deliveries due to their physical size. Please check with your local AP shop before ordering.

Who do I contact for bulk orders?

For large purchases, it is preferable that you contact Team DeVine via email at [email protected] prior to placing an order for 10 or more cases. We will try just to save you money on the freight charges.

Are there discounts for bulk orders?

 We are here to help. You can also let us know what you like to drink now and your budget and we will point you in the right direction.

I'm buying wine as a gift, can you help me select it?

Tell us a little about the lucky person, and your budget, and we will make an ideal recommendation.

Can you supply wine for my event?

We would love to. Let us know the where/when/what details of your event and we will provide recommendations to suit your budget and occasion, and arrange for your wines to be delivered on time.

What if I don't like the wine I bought?

We want you to enjoy your wines. You may find on opening a wine that it is not to your taste or that you think it is not right. If you have a decanter, pour it and let it sit for a while and give it another taste after half an hour. If you are still not happy, open a second bottle if there is one. If this is fine, then we would be happy to offer you a full refund or credit note on the first bottle. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase because the wine you chose is not to your taste, you can return the unopened bottles of that wine to us and either receive a credit note for use on future purchases or a refund, less freight & insurance charges.

What happens if my wine is damaged in transit?

Let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange to get it returned and a replacement send to you. Email Team DeVine here.
