This simple to prepare marinade is perfect with lamb, beef, chicken or fish. Pour yourself a glass of the La Linea Tempranillo Rosé, light the BBQ, and get to work.
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 onion, grated
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ teaspoon Harissa paste
- ½ cup chopped fresh coriander
- ½ up chopped flat-leaved parsley
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
Combine the above ingredients and let stand for at least an hour. Rub mixture into your chosen meat and marinate for 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge if possible. Char-grill over a hot BBQ.
