This simple to prepare marinade is perfect with lamb, beef, chicken or fish. Pour yourself a glass of the La Linea Tempranillo Rosélight the BBQ, and get to work.


  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 onion, grated
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Harissa paste
  • ½ cup chopped fresh coriander
  • ½ up chopped flat-leaved parsley
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil


Combine the above ingredients and let stand for at least an hour. Rub mixture into your chosen meat and marinate for 2 hours, or overnight in the fridge if possible. Char-grill over a hot BBQ.
