The 2010 Crabtree Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from estate grown fruit in the very heart of the Watervale sub region of the Clare Valley.
The handpicked fruit was open fermented and basket pressed using traditional methods and matured in a blend of one year old and two year old French oak barriques for 14 months.
With lifted aromatics of tobacco leaf and spice, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows blackcurrant fruit flavours and a finely textured tannin structure. Drink now or cellar for up to eight years.
